The Mill Primary Academy in Crawley stands as an exemplar of inclusive education, seamlessly integrating diversity into every aspect of school life. With a student body that reflects the town’s rich and varied demographics, around one-third of pupils speak English as an additional language, and one-fifth access Pupil Premium funding. With a strong, analytical and unified Senior Leadership Team, a passionate, consistent staff team and children who feel increasingly equipped to face the journey of life, The Mill is a place where every child is given the opportunity to thrive. The school's motto, “Forever proud. Everyone. Everything. Always,” is not just a slogan, but a lived experience, reflected in the daily practice of every member of the school community.
